1998 it was renamed into “HSBC Bank Armenia” CJSC. The co-founders of the
bank are the HSBC Group - 70%, and the investors representing the Armenian
Diaspora.
The bank is the member of SWIFT and Bankmail payment systems.
The bank has 10 branches in Yerevan (66 Teryan St., 3 Komitas St., 47
Komitas St. 9 Vazgen Sargsyan Street, 31a Tigran Mets Avenue, 1 Nersisyan
Street, 9 Nalbandyan Street, 14 Bagratunyats, 37/1 Komitas Ave., 19/10 Gayi
Ave.).
